Photos are so easy to consume on the internet. Why hasn’t art benefited more from this?
This is a Litmus Test.
We share to see who reacts, and in what way.
This is (hopefully) the year for: quality content aggregation tools for brands.
Good tools will surface the best and most popular content that brands can use and repurpose, targetting their fans. The need for consistently good content will be addressed this year, and someone will profit from all of the great content circulating online.
Lesson: Have Awesome Friends
"When Miranda July tried to explain why she and Carrie Brownstein had stayed friends …she began to say the word “ambition,” but hesitated. Instead, she said they shared “a steady focus on what we are going to do next. We’re always asking each other, ‘What’s the next project?’"

I want a retail site that will make clothes based on photos I send them. Exhibit A: Rosemary Clooney’s crazy great art deco dress. White Christmas.
I didn’t know we had so much in common.
I want a site that catalogs + displays what clothing styles are being shipped from factories to stores in real time. that’s all.
